Connecting to and from Orcas Island

No bridge and lots of water from the mainland means that Orcas Island is only accessed by boat or plane. Auto, truck or walk-on service is by the Washington State Ferry Service with daily connections from Anacortes, Washington. From Seattle, SeaTac or Boeing Field, air service is available directly to Orcas Island via Kenmore Air or by regular bus shuttle service from various Seattle locations via the The Airporter.
